oh gosh...today...wat a day...somehw today everyting is like wrong....somehw i find today freakin fustrating....everyting n everyone jz pisses me off...i cant stand it at all...sooner o lata im goin to break if tis continues...aih...after all the fustration...somehw i feel kinda tired as well...fustrated...tired...all the emotions r jz coming bak...n somehw i don nid tis now...im jz too weak to handle all tis rite now...i wish i hv the strength to continue the battle...nv forgotten or left out...now im jz tired...truely xhausted after being fustrated tru out the day...haih...

take control of your mind. dont let emotions take over. i mean sometimes its good, but not for a long period.
